Magazine Project

The purpose of this project was to create an original 28 page magazine, my topic was art and creativity. I was to include two featured stories and a mini article from published magazines or websites as well as an original featured story. For all featured stories I was to create the opening spread as well as the layout. For the original featured story I chose a “how to” on creating a perfect personalized reading spot. The two non-original featured stories are about an exhibit by Keith Sonnier and 5 art disasters. The mini article I chose is about how artists can improve upon themselves by slowing down and reflecting on where they started from. This project used Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
